- Organizing all the cool materials and resources needed for lessons. π
- Championing inclusive education and helping students build amazing connections. π€
- Teaming up with the class teacher to manage behaviour and keep our school a positive space for everyone. π
- Chatting with the class teacher about each child's learning journey. π£οΈ
- Taking turns on playground duty β keeping an eye out and making sure everyone has fun! π€ΈββοΈ
- Joining training sessions and meetings to level up your skills. π
- Following all procedures for child protection, health, safety, and security β because safety first! π‘οΈ
- Taking on any other reasonable duties to help our teachers and Headteacher. πͺ
