Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians and assist during treatments.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
  • Accurately update patient records and ensure GDPR compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and surgery readiness.
