What You'll Do:

  • Design & Analyze 📐: Craft detailed mechanical designs for pressure vessels, crunching numbers, creating CAD drawings, and defining specs. Dive deep into stress, thermal, and fatigue analysis to guarantee top-notch safety and performance. Keep our technical documentation sharp and compliant with PED and other regulations.
  • Collaborate & Support 🤝: Team up with manufacturing and fabrication wizards to make the design-to-production journey smooth sailing. Be the go-to person for the production team, solving design puzzles. Work hand-in-hand with project managers and other engineers to ensure designs are consistent, cost-effective, and on time. Get the inside scoop from the sales team to translate customer needs into killer concept designs.
  • Innovate & Explore 🌟: Jump into our exciting R&D program, recording and analyzing data, and presenting your findings. Scout for new materials and technologies to level up our products or introduce game-changing features. Bring your A-game to deliver innovative design solutions for customer challenges.
  • Code & Standards Compliance ✅: Make sure every design rocks industry codes and standards like PED and other vital regulations. Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations to ensure our pressure vessels are always compliant and safe.
  • Test & Evaluate 🔬: Help build robust testing protocols to prove our pressure vessels are solid. Review and dissect test results, then use that intel to suggest design upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement 📈: Spot opportunities and implement design improvements to boost performance, slash costs, and crank up reliability. Stay plugged into industry trends, new tech, and regulatory shifts that shape pressure vessel design.

What You Bring:

  • A solid understanding of mechanical design principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Experience with stress, thermal, and fatigue analysis is a big plus!
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (especially PED).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive for innovation.

Join us and build something amazing! ✨

Key responsibilities

  • Create and update technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Provide technical support to the production team.
