- Keeping our workshop and machinery in tip-top shape โ think clean, safe, and operational! ๐งน
- Getting the workshops prepped and ready for action, from tools and equipment to all the essential resources. ๐ฆ
- Confidently handling a wide range of power tools safely and responsibly. ๐ช
- Keeping an eye on consumable materials, making sure we have what we need and helping to place orders. ๐
- Supporting with behaviour management and championing a positive and productive learning atmosphere. ๐

Key responsibilities
