What you'll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming IT issues, handling them like a pro over the phone and via email. 📞📧
- Taking full ownership of incidents from start to finish, guiding them through a logical and efficient resolution process. 🧩
- Keeping our clients in the loop every step of the way, so they always know what's happening. 🗣️
- Mastering our incident logging system to accurately categorize and prioritize issues, making sure everything is handled according to our procedures. 📊
- Getting hands-on with users to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, aiming for that all-important first-contact resolution. 💡
- Keeping a watchful eye on the status and progress of your assigned incidents and tasks within our system. 👀

- Is eager to stay sharp and up-to-date with the technologies we support, including: Firewalls, Network routing and switching, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security (Intune, Azure AD), Wireless Networking, Azure Active Directory, Exchange and Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Anti-Virus technologies (like Bitdefender). 💻

Key responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming incidents in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via e-mail
- Taking ownership of incidents and managing them in a logical and methodical manner
- Proactively keeping the customer informed of progress
- Accurately logging incidents by categorising and prioritising them
- Conducting full and thorough diagnostics with end-users to enable fault resolution
