What you'll be doing:

  • Being the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients, from welcoming them to helping with appointments. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Handling patient questions with professionalism and care. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Getting our surgeries prepped and ready, sterilising instruments, and keeping things super clean and safe โ€“ we follow CQC standards! ๐Ÿงผ
  • Assisting our dentists during treatments, making sure everything is on point. ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš•๏ธ
  • Keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date, while respecting GDPR rules. ๐Ÿ“
  • Making sure our patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their visit. ๐Ÿค—
  • Keeping an eye on our stock and equipment, so we're always ready to go. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical environment. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
  • Welcoming patients and assisting with appointment scheduling.
  • Preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, and maintaining infection control.
  • Assisting clinicians during treatments and accurately updating patient records.
  • Monitoring and managing stock, equipment, and surgery readiness.
