What you'll be doing:
- Being the first and most important point of contact for all visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome. 👋
- Answering and directing telephone calls efficiently, ensuring everyone gets the right support. 📞
- Scheduling important meetings and appointments, keeping our diaries running smoothly. 🗓️
- Helping to manage our school office supplies, keeping track of inventory, and assisting with equipment maintenance under supervision. 📦
- Accurately recording and tracking pupil and staff attendance data, producing essential daily reports. 📊
- Maintaining up-to-date records for all pupils, including vital SEN information, EHC plans, and contact details. 📝
- Assisting with Parentpay and Free School Meal administration, ensuring smooth financial operations. 💰
- Managing the administration for school trips and visits, making sure everything is planned to perfection. 🚌
- Acting as a key liaison between the school, parents, and external agencies, fostering strong communication. 🤝
- Dealing with general enquiries from parents, pupils, and staff with a helpful and professional demeanor. 🤔
- Providing general administrative support, including filing as needed. 📂
