What you'll be doing:

  • Getting surgeries ready to go, sterilising instruments like a pro, and keeping everything spotless and safe according to CQC standards. โœจ
  • Being right there with the clinicians during treatments and keeping patient records up-to-date with GDPR in mind. ๐Ÿ“
  • Making sure patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their visit. ๐Ÿค—
  • Keeping an eye on stock, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready for action. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical environment. ๐Ÿงผ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
  • Welcome patients, assist with scheduling, and handle basic enquiries
  • Accurately update patient records and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and surgery readiness
