Job Title: CAD Technician 🌱

Are you a tech-savvy individual with an eye for detail? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CAD Technicians, working directly with experienced Engineers and Technicians! 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Bringing Designs to Life: Produce high-quality drawing information using industry-leading software like AutoCAD and REVIT. ✍️
• Hitting Deadlines: Deliver essential project documentation precisely when needed, staying on track with project timelines. ⏰
• Versatile Drawing Skills: Create a wide range of drawings, including General Arrangements (GA's), Sections, Reinforced Concrete (RC) Detailing, Drainage, and Structural elements. 🏗️
• Supporting the Team: Provide crucial assistance to Engineers and Technicians throughout the design project lifecycle. 🤝
• Organizing Digital Assets: Manage and maintain organized electronic filing systems for all CAD drawings and REVIT models. 📂
• Collaborating with Professionals: Work alongside other construction experts to develop and refine drawing information. 🌐
• Adhering to Standards: Follow company BIM protocols and standards, and uphold our CAD standards to ensure consistency and quality. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Producing drawing information using AutoCAD and REVIT platforms.
• Delivering production information within defined project timescales.
• Assisting Engineers and Technicians in delivering design projects.
• Managing and co-ordinating electronic filing structures for CAD drawings and REVIT models.
• Liaising with other construction professionals in the development of drawing information.
