Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians, ensuring high standards of patient care and confidentiality
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas
