We provide all the training you'll need, from hands-on guidance to online courses, to get you up to speed with the latest tools and techniques. 🛠️

You'll be working on exciting projects, either solo or as part of a dynamic team, ensuring everything is installed perfectly and safely. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ We value teamwork, so collaborating with clients and other contractors on-site will be key. 🤝

Your mission:

  • Install and maintain traffic signal equipment and other highway systems with precision and speed. 🚦
  • Master the use of hand tools, power tools, and working-at-height equipment – safety first! ✅
  • Diagnose and fix any glitches or issues with traffic signal assets. 💡
  • Complete both planned and emergency maintenance tasks to the highest standards. 💯
  • Handle repairs after incidents like traffic accidents or equipment failures. 🚨
  • Keep our clients happy by delivering top-notch work that meets all specifications. ⭐
  • Accurately document your work using digital systems. 💻
  • Adhere to response and repair time targets. ⏱️

Key responsibilities

  • Installation, replacement and set up of traffic signal assets, ancillary equipment and/or other highways systems.
  • Proper use of relevant hand tools, power tools, working at height aides and manual handling aides.
  • Attend, diagnose and resolve faults on traffic signal assets and any other equipment.
  • Completion and delivery of both reactive & proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring high quality standards.
  • Produce and submit high quality, detailed and accurate clearance notes.
