• Tackling tasks assigned by our awesome Production Leadership Team. 🤝
• Living by our 'Factory Rules' and keeping everything running smoothly. 📏
• Navigating instructions on touch screens and signage like a pro. 📱
• Mastering the operation of our machinery and equipment. 🛠️
• Keeping our equipment sparkling clean – no exceptions! 🧼
• Becoming a jack-of-all-trades in production, trained in all areas! 🎓
• Smashing company targets on the production lines. 🎯
• Helping out with stocktakes – gotta know what we've got! 📦
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and good manufacturing practices. 🌟
• Spotting and reporting any machinery or equipment issues. 🚨
• Operating company forklifts and motorised pallet trucks. 🚚
• Being a safety champion – reporting hazards and completing incident forms. 🛡️
• Collaborating with other departments to hit our business goals. 💯
• Sharing your knowledge and training fellow operatives. 🧑‍🏫
• Following our Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. 📖
• Contributing to a culture of Continuous Improvement. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day production activities, ensuring product safety, legality, and quality.
• Following operational guidelines, instructions, and adhering to procedural training.
• Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Carrying out tasks delegated by the Production Leadership Team and achieving company targets.
• Contributing to a safe working environment and continuous improvement.
