Roofing Crew Assistant 🛠️

Are you ready to get your hands dirty and build something awesome? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our roofing crew! This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the ins and outs of the roofing trade from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Site Prep Pro: Help us clear away old roofing materials and get surfaces ready for brand-new installations. 💪
• Installation Assistant: Support the team during the installation process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Tool Master: Keep our tools and equipment in top shape and make sure our worksite is always clean and secure. 🧹
• Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines meticulously, especially when working at heights. Your safety is our priority! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
• Learn & Grow: Understand architectural drawings and master essential heat-welding techniques for single-ply roofing systems. 📈

Requirements:

• No experience necessary – we'll train you!
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual.
