We're on the hunt for FOUR bright sparks to join our elite Engineering Operative Apprenticeship program! 💡 This is your chance to dive into practical, hands-on engineering and fabrication, building skills for a killer career.
As an Apprentice, you'll be right there with our seasoned pros, learning to:
- Build, repair, and service a huge range of mechanical equipment. 🛠️
- Prep site-ready components with precision.
- Assist with fabrication tasks like cutting, drilling, and assembling. ✂️
- Support service engineers with inspections and equipment prep. 🧐
- Ensure ladders, guards, panels, and more are perfect for dispatch. ✅
As you level up, you'll master:
- Fundamental welding techniques. 🧑🏭
- Mechanical assembly skills.
- Safe operation of all workshop machinery. ⚙️

Key responsibilities
- Assisting with fabrication tasks such as cutting, drilling, assembling and preparing components under supervision.
- Supporting service engineers with equipment inspections, basic servicing, cleaning and preparation.
- Helping ensure equipment is complete, inspected and ready for dispatch to customer sites.
- Carrying out quality checks to identify defects, missing parts or safety issues.
- Assisting with handling and organising stock and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment.
