  • Delivery Driver Extraordinaire: Receive deliveries and store everything safely and efficiently.
  • Team Player & Leader: When needed, you'll supervise a small team, fostering positive vibes and teamwork. 🤝
  • Paperwork Powerhouse: Complete necessary paperwork for employee supervision and training.
  • Safety First! Support the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone on-site, following all school policies and procedures. Your vigilance helps keep us all secure. 🛡️
  • Security Guardian: Share responsibility for the security of school buildings and assets. You'll be a key-holder and might need to respond to emergencies. 🔑
  • Facility Fanatic: Assist with the use and management of school facilities, including events outside of normal hours (evenings/weekends). 🌙
  • Budget Boss: Help manage delegated budgets, track spending, and handle financial transactions. 💰

Key responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of the Caretaker and School Business Manager.
  • Carry out porterage duties, including moving and positioning furniture and equipment.
  • Order and procure required stock, materials and supplies.
  • Receive deliveries and arrange the safe storage of materials and supplies.
  • Support the health, safety and wellbeing of pupils, staff and visitors.
