- Delivery Guru: Receiving and safely storing deliveries. Keeping things tidy and accessible is key! π
- Team Player: Supervising a small team, fostering positive vibes and making sure everyone works together like a well-oiled machine. π
- Admin Ace: Completing paperwork related to staff supervision and supporting training.
- Safety Champion: Upholding the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone on site, following all school policies and legal requirements. Your vigilance keeps us all safe! π‘οΈ
- Security Star: Sharing responsibility for the security of our school buildings and assets. You'll be a key holder and might even respond to emergencies! π

Key responsibilities
- Carry out porterage duties, including moving, removing and positioning furniture, equipment and other items around the school site
- Order and procure required stock, materials and supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained at all times
- Receive deliveries and arrange the safe and appropriate storage of materials, equipment and supplies
- Follow all school policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, security and confidentiality
- Support the use and management of school facilities outside normal school hours, including evening and weekend lettings where required
