• Learning to interpret and follow drawings, plans, and specifications. 📊
• Getting hands-on with essential bricklaying tools and equipment, learning to use and maintain them safely. 🧰
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. ⛑️
• Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised. ✨
• Collaborating closely with experienced bricklayers and other skilled tradespeople. 🤝
• Developing practical skills and techniques through continuous on-the-job training and mentorship. 🌱
