What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Your day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting your team with essential childcare routines. π€
- Embracing and delivering our "learning through play" educational philosophy. π§
- Creating and implementing engaging activities to spark children's curiosity and development. π¨
- Building awesome relationships with parents and guardians. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
- Prioritising child welfare and ensuring safeguarding is always top-notch. β
- Working flexibly within our opening hours (7 am - 7 pm). β°

This is a full-time position (40-hour week), with 20% dedicated to your learning. We have multiple openings due to business growth! π
Key responsibilities
- Support the team in the delivery of basic childcare routines
- Be responsible for the delivery of the 'learning through playβ educational ethos
- Innovate with activities and constantly challenge childrenβs learning and development
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade A-C or 4-8), Maths (grade A-C or 4-8))
