Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, effectively communicating service information and offers.
• Provide fast and efficient service, promptly handling guest queries and complaints.
• Communicate openly with the team, assisting members to ensure outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of front of house, outdoor, and toilet areas.
• Participate in all in-house training, complete assigned learning modules, and adhere to company policies and licencing laws.
