What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting guests with a massive smile and guiding them through our offerings, including any special deals or events. 🤩
- Becoming a menu expert and recommending personalized dishes and drinks based on guest preferences. 💯
- Making our regulars feel extra special by remembering their usuals and having genuine chats. 🗣️
- Checking in to ensure guests are loving their meals and creating a buzz around our guest experience survey. 📝
- Delivering speedy, top-notch service and tackling any guest questions or concerns like a pro. ⚡
- Teaming up with your crew, keeping communication flowing, and supporting each other to create unforgettable experiences. 🤝
- Sharing your brilliant ideas in team meetings – your input is gold! 💡
- Keeping our front-of-house, outdoor areas, and restrooms sparkling clean and tidy. ✨

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
Get ready for a 15-month Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship with Mitchells & Butlers! 🎓 As a full-time bar and waiting apprentice, you'll work alongside our passionate teams, earn a nationally recognized qualification, and help us create amazing moments!
What your apprenticeship includes:
- Work-based learning: Forget boring college days! Our apprenticeships are delivered through hands-on training, with face-to-face sessions and regular remote Team Calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 👩🏫

Wages:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

- Communicate openly and collaborate with the team, contributing to meetings and assisting colleagues, while maintaining cleanliness.
- Actively participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and complete assigned modules, adhering to all brand standards and company policies.
