What you'll be doing:

• Assembling products with precision using a range of hand tools, always following our strict standard operating protocols. 🔧
• Conducting rigorous health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. 🛡️
• Performing thorough quality inspections on all assembled products, identifying and marking any defects. 👀
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately, including quality checks, downtime records, box sheets, booking-in forms, and time sheets. ✍️
• Safely operating machinery to produce high-quality products, ensuring they meet our exacting standards. ⚙️
• Filling hoppers and preparing materials for production. 📦
• Packing finished products into boxes, sealing them, and placing them on pallets for collection.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace through general housekeeping duties. ✨
• Communicating any machinery breakdowns to technicians promptly. 🚨
• Providing essential cover for colleagues during breaks, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Assisting with product changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Returning spare parts to stores after use.
• Cleaning down machinery at the end of each shift. 🧼
