What you'll be doing:

• Providing top-notch care and support to people in their own homes. 💖
• Championing dignity, independence, choice, privacy, and respect for everyone you support.
• Assisting with personal care and everyday living activities. 🧼
• Helping out with light household chores like laundry, ironing, and shopping. 🧺🛒
• Picking up prescriptions and supporting with medication administration (once you're trained and authorized). 💊
• Accurately logging care visits, daily notes, and medication records using our app. 📱
• Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in service users' health, well-being, or circumstances. 👀
• Always sticking to safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and company policies. 🛡️
• Joining in on staff meetings, supervision sessions, and mandatory training. 🤝
• Working towards your apprenticeship qualification while leveling up your caregiving skills. 🚀

Key responsibilities

• Assist with collecting prescriptions and supporting medication administration where trained and authorised.
