About the Role π€
Team up with our Customer Insights Manager to unlock a deeper understanding of our customers. You'll explore everything from how they feel and behave to how they use our digital services. Get hands-on with the entire data journey: from gathering and organising raw data to creating dynamic dashboards, extracting valuable insights, and presenting your findings to key people. This role is packed with practical experience in survey research, data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, all while you complete your Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship.
What You'll Be Doing π§βπ»
- Boosting Customer & Community Insight: Help us understand what our customers and communities need! You'll be involved in designing, running, and analysing surveys, including our big annual customer survey and regular sentiment research. Work with our Operations, London Estate, and Sustainability teams to turn data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions. Youβll get to play with survey design, data management, SQL, semantic modelling, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. π
- Powering Our Data & Reporting Platforms: Help build and manage tools that give us a clearer picture of our digital customers. Collaborate with the Digital Solutions Team and Group Technology. This means creating dashboards, helping with Google Analytics integrations, supporting colleagues with the platform, and contributing to monthly and ongoing reports. Plus, you'll be on the lookout for ways to make these platforms even better! π‘
- Unlocking the Digital Customer Experience: Work with Digital Product Managers and the User Experience Research Manager to analyse how customers interact with our digital products. Your insights will be crucial in developing and improving our customer-facing digital tools. Youβll get valuable experience working with Google Analytics data. π
Your Day-to-Day Adventure ποΈ
- Cleaning, managing, and analysing heaps of data.
- Helping to design and deliver customer surveys.
- Ensuring data accuracy and spotting any inconsistencies.
- Collaborating with Operations, Sustainability, Group Technology, and the Digital Solutions Team.
- Building new dashboards and jazzing up existing ones to present insights.
- Contributing to regular reports for the London Estate and Operations teams.
- Presenting your findings to internal stakeholders.
- Keeping records of data sources, definitions, and how you did your analysis.

Entry Requirements π
- A Level 3 qualification (like an apprenticeship, A-levels, or BTEC) OR equivalent work experience (around two years in a related field).
- Plus: 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
- You should have some experience using Excel (especially pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar).
Work Schedule β°
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
