What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers with tech issues – think calls, emails, and tickets! 📞
- Log, sort, and prioritise all incoming requests like a pro. ✅
- Provide essential support for IT systems, networks, and phones. 🌐
- Use your brain and our resources to troubleshoot problems. 🤔
- Escalate tricky issues to our super-smart senior teams when needed. ⬆️
- Keep customers in the loop with clear updates. 🗣️
- Maintain awesome digital records and ticket notes. ✍️
- Help out with general IT and office tasks. ✨
What We're Looking For:
- A serious passion for IT, networking, and all things telecom. 🔥
- Ace communication skills and a friendly, professional vibe on the phone. 👍
- A hunger to learn and a willingness to take feedback onboard. 🌱
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 🔎
- Basic IT know-how (Windows, hardware, networking basics are a plus!). 💡
- No prior IT experience needed! We provide full training! 🎉
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs at Grade 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 3+ (D or above).
- You shouldn't have an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar IT subject.
The Gig:
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm, Fri 9am-5pm) ⏰
- Location: Stratford-upon-Avon 📍
- Salary: £18,000 per year 💰
