🚀 Airbus Engineering Degree Apprenticeship: Build Your Future! 🚀

Join us at Airbus for an incredible 40-month journey where you'll gain a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering from Swansea University, all while earning a full-time salary with ZERO tuition fees! 💸
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't your average apprenticeship. You'll dive straight into the action at our Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence. Get ready for rotations every 12 weeks across three key engineering disciplines:
- Design Engineering: Imagine tweaking designs to make manufacturing a breeze, analysing wing structures, and crafting solutions for current and future projects. 💡
- Manufacturing Engineering: Become a lineside hero, tackling assembly challenges, developing future production strategies, and experimenting with cutting-edge tech like robotics and 3D printing. 🤖
- Quality Engineering: Ensure our aircraft are top-notch! You'll monitor quality during build, collaborate with teams to solve problems, and even work on future aircraft modifications and testing. ✅
For years 2 & 3, your week will be a dynamic mix of 4 days on placement and 1 day dedicated to your academic studies.

What You'll Need to Apply:
Eligibility is key! You'll need one of the following:
- A-Levels: Minimum 112 UCAS points, including a Grade B in Maths and Grade C in Physics or Chemistry, plus another A-Level/AS-Level/BTEC Diploma.
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma: Distinction (D or DDD) in an Engineering Subject, including a Distinction in Further Mathematics.
- Access to HE: Minimum 30 Level 3 credits, with 15 in Maths and 15 in a Science or Technology subject.
- Baccalaureate IB: Minimum H5 in Mathematics and H3 in Physics.
- T Level: Merit overall in Engineering & Manufacturing, plus a Level 3 qualification in Mathematics.
PLUS: Minimum Grade 4/C or above in English Language and Maths GCSEs.

Important Info:
- Grades: If you have predicted grades, your offer will be conditional on achieving them.

Key responsibilities
- Performing design changes to improve product manufacturing efficiency
- Supporting analysis activities within the wing structures team on various analyses
- Working as a lineside engineer to support build issues with assembly process and tooling
- Developing new tooling and technologies to improve wing-build by reducing cost and time
- Ensuring product quality during build, raising issues, and managing resolution with multi-functional teams
