This 4-year journey will see you earning a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions degree, accredited by the University of the West of England, all while studying with our awesome training partner, Weston College (UCW). You'll be working at the heart of innovation at our world-leading aircraft manufacturing site in Filton, Bristol. ✈️

What you'll be doing:
You'll dive headfirst into creating cutting-edge software that shapes aircraft design, testing, and optimisation. Get ready to:
- Craft software solutions for building, designing, and maintaining aircraft. 🛠️
- Be involved in every stage of software development: from research and design to testing, implementation, and ongoing support. 💡
- Team up with brilliant engineers and IT specialists to solve real business challenges. 🤝
Who we're looking for:
To be eligible, you'll need ONE of the following:
- 3 A-Levels at grade C/4 or above (Maths, Sciences, and IT preferred) 🧠
- T Level in an IT/Digital subject at Merit or above 💻
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in an IT/Digital subject at minimum MMM grade 📚
- Or equivalent qualifications/experience (we'll validate it!)
AND a minimum of 4 GCSEs (English Language and Maths at grade 4/C or above).
Crucially: Applicants with existing undergraduate degrees in computing/IT are not eligible for this funded programme.
You've also got to be:
- Someone who loves cracking mathematical or science problems with code. 🤓
- Have some coding or Linux/cloud experience (it's a bonus!). ☁️
- A fantastic team player. 👯
- Not afraid to jump in, get your hands dirty, and learn like crazy! 💪
- Proactive, eager to learn, and focused on your own growth. 🌱
- Great at managing problems and communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment. 🗣️

Key responsibilities
- Contributing to new and innovative software which is used in the overall aircraft design, testing or optimization processes
- Working on software solutions to support design & manufacturing of physical aircraft as well as in-service aircraft
- Participate in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support
- Interface with engineers and IT specialists to provide solutions to business needs
