What You'll Be Doing:
Dive into the exciting world of project management! You'll be updating project plans, smashing deadlines, managing budgets, and keeping stakeholders in the loop. 📈 You'll work alongside top-notch experts and a fantastic early careers community. Get ready to learn and grow in placements across the business, gaining hands-on experience like a true pro. You'll even get to:
- Understand the ins and outs of Project Management Offices (PMO), Procurement, Production, and Facility Management.
- Team up with awesome multi-functional teams to bring cool projects to life.
- Master supplier relationships and manage budgets like a boss.
- Get stuck into forward load planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
- Support bids, tenders, and contract management – the whole nine yards!
- Benefit from dedicated mentors and structured on-the-job training.
Your Academic Journey:
You'll be studying for a BEng (Hons) in Project Management at the prestigious Portsmouth University on a day-release basis. 🎓 You’ll join an established cohort, so you’ll have a built-in support network from day one!
Program Structure:
This is a 4-year journey designed for maximum growth:
- Years 1 & 2: Get your hands dirty with 80% on-site placements across different business areas and 20% day-release study.
- Year 3: Start specializing towards your dream permanent role, with 80% on-site development and 20% university study.
- Year 4: Finish your degree, nail your End Point Assessment, and secure your permanent role as a full-time Airbus employee! 🥳
The Perks:
- Salary: £23,000 💰
- Hours: 37 hours per week (with half-day Fridays! 😉)
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays 🏖️

Requirements to Apply:
To be eligible, you'll need:
- A minimum of 104 UCAS points from 2-3 A-levels at BCC or above (including Maths, Further Maths, Statistics, Physics, or Electronics) OR a BTEC extended diploma at DMM or above OR a T Level at Merit or above.
- AND GCSEs at grade C/4 or above in Maths and English Language (or Functional Skills).
