What you'll be doing:
- Dive into Real-World Projects: Spend two days a week with our expert Quality Engineering teams at our Filton (Bristol) facility, getting hands-on experience from day one.
- Achieve a Level 4 Qualification: For the rest of the week, you'll attend Weston College (at our Filton site) to gain an Engineering Manufacturing Technician Level 4 qualification. Your college time will decrease as you progress, allowing for more involvement in impactful projects.
- Master Key Quality Skills: Learn and apply crucial techniques like Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Big Data Analysis, Design Assurance, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Understand the Full Aircraft Lifecycle: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how quality engineering contributes to the design and delivery of modern commercial airliners, from concept to in-service.
- Collaborate Globally: Work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary, and transnational team at the forefront of aerospace engineering.

What we're looking for:
- Academic Requirements:
- A Level in Maths and Physics at Grade C or above, OR
- Level 3 Engineering qualification (BTEC Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma or T-level) at Merit or above.
- Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C and above, including Mathematics, English Language, and Science.
- Essential Qualities:

Key responsibilities
- Investigating the underlying reasons for problems to ensure they are solved permanently
