What you'll be doing:

• Helping coordinate construction projects alongside our awesome supervisory and technical teams. You'll be on-site, across multiple sites, or even supporting from the office. 🏗️
• Checking out health and safety docs like risk assessments and method statements to make sure everything is planned safely for our tasks. 🛡️
• Chatting with awesome people inside and outside the company to make sure our projects are on track, keeping good records of all our conversations. 🗣️
• Keeping super accurate records for our construction projects, making sure everything is documented just right. 📝
• Helping out with creating tenders for our construction projects, ensuring all tender info is recorded and processed within deadlines. 📁
• Assisting with getting the materials, plant, and sub-contractors needed for our projects. 🚚
• Supporting the progress of our construction projects, suggesting ideas for programme revisions and helping plan schedules of work. 📅
• Helping put in place systems to monitor contract quantities and costs, spotting any potential issues early on. 💰
• Using surveying information to help measure, evaluate, and review how our projects are performing. 📊
