What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping manage awesome relationships with new and existing clients. 🤝
• Getting to know clients' businesses, what they do, and what insurance they need. 🧠
• Assisting with getting and checking quotes from insurers. 📝
• Chatting with insurers to sort out terms, costs, and cover levels. 🗣️
• Helping put together insurance proposals, presentations, and renewal docs. 📁
• Supporting new business, renewals, and mid-term changes. ✅
• Comparing policy details to find the best insurance fits. 🧐
• Keeping clients in the loop and delivering top-notch customer service. ⭐
• Building solid connections with insurers, underwriters, and other industry peeps. 🌐
• Making sure client and policy info is spot-on in our systems. 💻
• Working by the book: FCA rules, company procedures, and insurance regulations. ⚖️
• Spotting chances to help grow and keep our client accounts thriving. 🌱
