- Be the first point of contact, greeting everyone with a smile and handling reception duties like a pro! ๐
- Master the art of phone calls โ answering, directing, and ensuring everyone gets to the right place. ๐
- Chat with parents, carers, and other important people like a communication ninja. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Tackle parent emails, keeping everyone in the loop and responding promptly. ๐ง
- Print out awesome teaching and learning resources for our classrooms. ๐จ๏ธ
- Become a booking boss, scheduling meetings and appointments for our amazing staff. ๐๏ธ
- Get hands-on with our school's Management Information System (MIS) to keep everything running smoothly. ๐ป
- Draft official letters and other school correspondence with precision. โ๏ธ
- Provide all-around administrative magic and jump on any office tasks that come your way! โจ
