About the role

Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, NE & EM Region 🌍

Ready to level up your admin game and be the backbone of a high-impact leadership team? We're on the hunt for a seriously organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President (SVP) for the NE & EM Region. If you're all about efficiency, smooth operations, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, this is your chance to shine! ✨

What you'll be doing:

  • Operational Excellence: You'll be the maestro behind our country operations governance. Think scheduling meetings that actually happen, prepping agendas that get straight to the point, and keeping everyone in the loop with crisp minutes. 🗓️📂 Plus, you'll be the guardian of our digital filing systems (SharePoint/Teams) and manage all things communication – from distribution lists to calendars and invites. Get ready to contribute to those crucial weekly and monthly reports too! 📊
  • Business Administration Rockstar: You'll be managing the SVP's calendar like a pro, coordinating both in-person and virtual meetings. Need to book travel or sort out an event? Consider it done! ✈️ You'll also be handling expense reports and making sure our team members have the tech they need with work phone management. Keeping our country info slides fresh is also on your radar. 💡
  • People Power: You'll be spreading the good news with monthly new hire communications and newsletters, keeping everyone informed about business wins and important updates. You'll also lend a hand with onboarding, inductions, and keeping our org charts looking sharp. 👋
  • Finance & Systems Savvy: Get ready to dive into raising and updating purchase requisitions and orders when needed. You'll also be a wizard with our operational data across various systems and platforms (SharePoint, Teams). Running reports, maintaining dashboards, and enforcing our data standards are key. 💻
  • Transition Guru: You'll be providing essential administrative support during mobilisation and demobilisation phases, ensuring smooth transitions for our projects. 🚀
  • Culture Champion: You'll embody and promote our core RISE Values – Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence – making CBRE an amazing place to work. ❤️

What you'll need:

  • Seriously strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
  • An eye for detail.

If you're eager to make a real impact and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Apply now and let's build something great together. 💪
