Key responsibilities
- Creating and managing detailed plans and programmes of works.
- Tracking project progress, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing and presenting detailed project performance reports for stakeholders.
- Conducting time-risk analyses and scenario planning.
- Supporting workshops and meetings to communicate progress and resolve scheduling challenges.
