What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Client Connections: You'll be the face and voice of our brand, engaging with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms. π€
- Property Showstopper: Partner with senior staff to conduct exciting property tours for groups of students, guiding them seamlessly through the application journey. π‘β¨
- Tenant Tribe Support: Be the go-to person for students (and their parents/guarantors!), providing friendly and professional support on all things tenancy and rent. π©βπΌπ¨βπΌ
- House Health Checks: Join senior team members for termly property inspections, ensuring our student homes are well-maintained and identifying any "wear and tear." π§β
- Maintenance Maestro: Collaborate with contractors to tackle everything from minor repairs to major fixes, ensuring our students' living spaces are top-notch with minimal disruption. π§π§
- Compliance Champion: Dive deep into the legal landscape of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), mastering requirements for fire safety and licensing. ππ₯

Key responsibilities
- Conducting property tours for groups of students and helping them navigate the application process
- Acting as a professional point of contact for students regarding tenancies and rent
- Carrying out termly property inspections with senior staff members
- Coordinating with contractors to fix maintenance issues
- Learning the specific legal requirements for HMOs
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade C or above (Level 4 or above)), Maths (grade C or above (Level 4 or above)))
