• Sharp Quoting: Assist in creating accurate quotes, order details, and product information. 📝
• Design Prep: Get design appointments ready by organising samples, brochures, and essential notes. 📂
• Project Journey: Follow projects from initial spark to stunning finished room, keeping our customers in the loop every step of the way. ✨

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the showroom and being their first point of contact
• Talking to customers face to face, on the phone and by email
• Helping put together quotes, order details and product information
• Getting things ready for design appointments, like samples, brochures and notes
• Keeping the showroom, displays and samples looking their best
