What you'll be doing:

• Be the first friendly face 😊 welcoming customers to our stunning showroom.
• Dive deep into learning about our amazing kitchens, bathrooms, and interior products. 💡
• Connect with customers via face-to-face chats, calls, and emails. 🗣️📧
• Help create quotes, process orders, and gather all the product deets. 📝
• Get design appointments prepped with samples, brochures, and notes. 📖
• Follow projects from the initial spark of an idea all the way to the finished room, keeping our customers in the loop! 🌟
• Troubleshoot any post-fitting hiccups to ensure every project has a happy ending. ✅
• Keep our showroom, displays, and samples looking fresh and fabulous. ✨
• Discover how a showroom operates, from project planning to collaborating with suppliers and fitters. 🏗️
• Understand what makes a showroom a success – from brilliant customer care to driving profit. 💰
• Gain experience on the merchant side of the branch and collaborate with other Elliotts teams. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and acting as the first point of contact.
• Communicating with customers face to face, on the phone and by email.
• Assisting with quotes, order details, product information and preparing for design appointments.
• Following projects from inception to completion, including customer updates and issue resolution.
• Maintaining the presentation of the showroom, displays and samples.
