What you'll be doing:

  • Providing essential operational support to our awesome team, helping them smash client requirements and revenue targets. 🎯
  • Digging into client accounts to clear up any queries or misunderstandings – you'll be a detective for amazing customer service! 🕵️‍♀️
  • Keeping our customer accounts up-to-date with all the latest info – think of it as building relationships digitally. 💻
  • Gently following up with customers for any outstanding information they might need to share. ✉️
  • Sending out invoices, making sure our customers have all the clear details about their accounts. 🧾

Key responsibilities

  • Providing operational business admin support to the team
  • Querying with client’s customer accounts regarding discrepancies
  • Data inputting on to customer accounts with new information
  • Chasing customers for outstanding information when relevant
  • Sending out invoices for customers to explain outstanding debts
