What you'll be doing:

• Mastering reception duties: answering calls, greeting patients with a friendly vibe 👋
• Becoming a pro at handling patient questions and concerns 🤔
• Managing payments and keeping bookings on track 🗓️
• Ensuring dental equipment is clean and ready to go 🧼
• Keeping patient records accurate and confidential 📝
• Prioritizing patient comfort and making their dental visit a positive one 😊
• Helping to keep our dental areas spick and span, including the chairs! ✨
• Keeping an eye on our stock and making sure we have everything we need 📦
• Pitching in with any other tasks to support our dentists and senior team in delivering top-notch patient care. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Managing reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting patients.
• Dealing with patient queries, taking payments, and booking appointments and follow ups.
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists.
• Recording and dealing with patient records.
• Supporting patients' well-being and dental experience.
