• Reception Rockstar: Answering calls, greeting patients with a warm welcome, and managing patient queries. 📞😊
• Smooth Operations: Handling payments, booking appointments, and scheduling follow-ups to keep everything running like clockwork. 🗓️
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists, ensuring a safe and clean environment. 🧼
• Record Keeper: Accurately recording and managing patient information. ✍️
• Patient Champion: Supporting our patients' well-being and enhancing their overall dental experience. ❤️
• Clean & Tidy: Maintaining the cleanliness of dental areas, including chairs. 🪥
• Stock Management: Keeping track of equipment and supplies. 📦
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any other duties necessary to provide top-notch patient care. 🤝
