About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be a vital part of our pharmacy's daily operations, assisting customers and working closely with our team to provide a safe and efficient service. You'll gain a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship qualification, with all the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- 👋 Greeting and helping customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions.
- 📦 Assisting with getting prescriptions ready and supplying them (always with supervision!).
- 📦 Managing stock, taking deliveries, and keeping records accurate.
- 💻 Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
- ✨ Keeping the pharmacy clean, tidy, and safe, and upholding confidentiality.
- 🤝 Collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch customer service.
What We're Looking For:

Apprenticeship Details:
- 🎓 Qualification: Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship
- 🗓️ Duration: Approx. 15 months
- 📚 Training: Blended learning alongside your job.
- ⏰ Commitment: You'll need to commit to contracted working hours and guided learning time.
