- Help craft a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children can explore, develop, and learn through play. 🧸
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, respecting all information about our children, families, and staff. 🤫
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through effective supervision, understanding staff-to-child ratios and deployment. 👀
- Become a pro at understanding and following our policies and procedures to keep our nursery running smoothly and safely. 📜
- Dive deep into the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Characteristics of Effective Learning (CoEL) to inspire young minds. 🧠
- Develop your skills to become a confident Key Person, focusing on each child's individual learning and developmental journey. 🌟

Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a team under direction of the management/leadership team and qualified practitioners
- Liaise closely with parent/carers to develop strong partnerships
- Help to provide an enabling environment for children to play, develop and learn
- Maintain confidentiality and respect information relating to all associated with the nursery
- Ensure effective supervision of children and the environment
