Production Operative ๐

What you'll be doing:
- Safety First! โ๏ธ You'll be responsible for strictly following all health and safety rules, including AMDS policies and procedures, and always wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Don't forget to flag any safety concerns immediately!
- Equipment Master: ๐ ๏ธ Safely operate all production equipment, completing pre-use checks and understanding Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Customer Focus: ๐ฆ Make sure every order is produced, prepped, and delivered exactly how our customers need it.
- Quality Champion: โญ Keep a close eye on production and quality. Spot any abnormalities or minor defects, figure out why they're happening, suggest fixes, and record your quality checks.
- Continuous Improvement: ๐ก Share your ideas to make our working procedures even better and help us stick to them.
- Efficiency Expert: ๐ Ensure the equipment you're using runs at its best. Report any issues to your Shift Supervisor.
- Tidy Workspace: ๐งน Help keep our work area organized and clean.
- Team Player: ๐ค Be an active member of the team, contributing to our overall success.
- Flexibility: ๐คธ Take on other duties as needed by the business.
