Formwork Apprentice 🏗️

Ready to get your hands dirty and build some seriously cool stuff? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Formwork Apprentices! This is your chance to learn the ropes on-site and become a skilled tradesperson. 🔨

As a Formwork Apprentice, you'll be supporting our site teams with a variety of essential groundwork activities. You'll get hands-on experience in:

• Making Formwork & Falsework: You'll help build the 'casts' or molds that give concrete its shape for exciting projects like foundations, staircases, beams, columns, and walls. Think of it as creating the perfect bed for concrete to set! ✨
• Reading the Blueprint: Learn to interpret site drawings, instructions, and plans like a pro. You'll understand how things are supposed to look before we even start building. 📈
• Material Magic: Get skilled at measuring, shaping, and cutting materials like wood and metal to precise specifications. 📏
• Building with Tools: Master the use of both power and hand tools to construct sturdy wooden structures. 🧰
• Assembly Expert: Help assemble pre-made metal frames, scaffolding, and platforms. Safety first, always! 👷‍♀️
• Quality Control: Be part of ensuring the 'casts' are perfect – checking shapes and measurements to guarantee everything is spot on. 👌
• Concrete Crew: Work collaboratively with your fellow site workers to pour concrete once the formwork is ready. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🤝
• Dismantle & Reuse: Learn the art of taking apart formwork safely and efficiently so it can be used again on future projects. ♻️
• Material Handling: Move, handle, and store materials safely and responsibly around the site. 💪
• Site Shine: Contribute to keeping the worksite clean and tidy – a clean site is a productive site! 🧹
