What you'll be doing:
🍳 Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of delicious hot and cold food.
🤝 Support all aspects of our food service operations, including refectories, hospitality events, bookings, and college gatherings.
😊 Greet and serve students, staff, and visitors with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude.
💰 Operate the till and assist with basic cash handling.
📦 Help with stock ordering, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
✅ Maintain essential food hygiene and temperature records.
✨ Keep our kitchens, counters, and preparation areas sparkling clean and organised.
⚠️ Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
🔧 Learn to safely operate a range of catering equipment.
📚 Complete all required learning and development as part of your apprenticeship.

Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 2), Maths (grade 2))
