Who are we looking for?
- Motivated and caring individuals aged 18 or over at the start date. ✅
- A genuine interest in caring for people – show us your passion! 🔥
- No prior degrees or Level 4+ qualifications in health-related subjects. 🚫
- Limited significant healthcare experience is preferred. 🤔
- UK/EU residency for the last 3 years is essential for government-funded apprenticeships. 🇬🇧
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grades 9-1 / A*-G or equivalent) are a must. Proof required! 💯
- Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent communication skills. 🗣️
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends. 🌙☀️
Your role will involve:
- Providing essential personal care. 🥰
- Assisting with nutritional needs. 🍎
- Monitoring patient health and well-being. 🩺
- Supporting with procedures. 👍
- Effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff. 💬
Important Dates:
- Apprenticeship Start Date: February 2027 (with prompt employment clearance needed). 🗓️
- Interviews: 30th October & week commencing 2nd November. 📅
