Are you ready to be the backbone of a vital healthcare team? 💪 Join the Dorset Musculoskeletal Service as an Administrator and Receptionist and ensure our services run like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the friendly face and guiding voice for patients and visitors, handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, and making everyone feel welcome. 🤝 Your attention to detail will be key in managing records, referrals, and correspondence with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality. 🔒 You'll be a whiz with our IT systems, keeping patient information up-to-date and supporting the smooth operation of clinics. 💻 Plus, you'll help keep our environment safe and organised. 🏥 Based at Weymouth Community Hospital, you'll collaborate with clinicians in MSK, Physiotherapy, and ENT, and connect with referrers and diagnostic services.
