Starting Salary: Β£26,686 per year. This includes a pensionable Oxford University Weighting of Β£1,730 per year (pro rata).

You'll be part of our Finance Shared Service Centre, working with a team that supports 20 units across the department. We'll train you in all the essential day-to-day finance tasks, like:

  • Creating and reviewing purchase requisitions and orders πŸ›’
  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes 🧾
  • Checking supplier statements πŸ“Š
  • Sorting out payment queries ❓
  • Keeping financial records super accurate βœ…
  • Using the Oracle Financials system πŸ’»

You'll collaborate with experienced finance pros, internal customers, suppliers, and other Oxford University finance teams, reporting to the Head of Financial Shared Services.
