The role:

We're growing and need a motivated Apprentice to join our front-of-house crew! This is your chance to kickstart your career and learn the ropes in a supportive environment. ๐ŸŒŸ

What you'll be doing:

  • Digital Dynamo: Manage shared email inboxes (Outlook) like a pro, sorting emails and keeping records super tidy. ๐Ÿ“ง
  • Invoice Ace: Process electronic invoices, update our systems, and track payments and important docs. ๐Ÿงพ
  • Supplier Liaison: Chat with contractors and suppliers to sort out invoice issues and get all the info we need. ๐Ÿค
  • Finance Friend: Help our finance team by creating digital records, processing documents, and talking to them about payments. ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • System Savvy: Get to grips with our CPL Property Management System and databases to track tasks and keep account info bang on.
  • CPL Superuser: Become our go-to expert for the CPL system! ๐Ÿ’ช
  • Customer Champion: Handle incoming calls, figure out what people need, take messages, and help clients with payment and account queries. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Calendar King/Queen: Manage electronic diaries, reminders, and deadlines to make sure everything gets done on time. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ
