What You'll Be Doing:

• Talent Hunting & Sourcing: Actively searching for awesome candidates for driving, industrial, FMCG, manufacturing, and production roles. 🕵️‍♀️
• Candidate Screening: Chatting with potential candidates to check their fit, what makes them tick, and their qualifications. 🗣️
• Pipeline Power: Building and nurturing a strong network of candidates for both big volume and specialist openings. 🏗️
• Documentation Ace: Preparing candidate summaries, checking qualifications, and keeping compliance records ship-shape. 📝
• CRM Champion: Keeping our candidate database updated with all the crucial info. 💻
• Compliance King/Queen: Performing Right to Work checks to Red Rhino's high standards. ✅
