In this role, you'll collaborate closely with class teachers to boost pupil learning and achievement. 📚 Your mission will be to foster independence, build self-esteem, and champion social inclusion for every student. 💪

You'll provide tailored support, both one-on-one and in groups, helping pupils to access the curriculum, engage fully in learning, and celebrate their successes. 🏆 We'll also rely on you to help organize and manage our vibrant and secure learning spaces and resources. 🎨

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting class teachers to improve pupil learning and attainment.
  • Promoting pupil independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. 🌱
  • Supporting pupils (individually or in groups) to access the curriculum, participate in learning, and achieve their best.
  • Organizing and managing teaching spaces and resources to create a stimulating and safe learning environment. 💡
  • Observing pupil performance and sharing insights with the class teacher. 🧐
  • Communicating effectively with staff, pupils, parents, and carers, under the guidance of the class teacher. 🤝
